I am not getting Multiscreen coverage after purchasing a Multiscreen VideoPass

MultiScreen will be available for MotoGP FP4, MotoGP Q1, MotoGP Q2 and Moto3 race, Moto2 race and MotoGP race. Is the Live Video compatible with iPad, iPhone and Android?
Yes, the Live Video is compatible with the iPad, iPhone and Android devices through motogp.com Some features such as the video tags are not available on those devices. It will also work on the VideoPass app (available for free for video pass holders) on your tablet. Please note that viewing experience may vary depending on the internet connection, device and/or operating system. If you are experiencing problems viewing certain features on motogp.com on iPhone, iPad or other mobile devices we suggest using a computer/laptop.
The live feed freezes / stutters?
The connection speeds required are as following: HD one video feed : 4 Mbps HD multiscreen video feed : 12Mbps Please try on both live video players (regular and alternative). Try also on both platforms A and B on the alternative player. Try to select the resolution manually in the video player. If the video freezes in HD, try a lower quality. Please check that you do not have any firewall or router security that might cause blocks on the video, or have any program open that might be using bandwidth during the live session. Please also make sure that your line is not being relied on by any third parties and that there is no interference being caused by any device on your connection. We suggest you to close any other application on your computer whilst viewing the video and to try to view it with another browser. If it still doesn't work, please use this contact form to contact us.
I cannot find the Live Video

Once correctly logged in you will see a Live Video and a Live Timing access on the top of the homepage when there is a live session running. Make sure that you have installed the latest version of Flash.  Please check the time schedule on our main page (you can switch to your local time). Live Video will be available for FP, QP, warm ups and races of all categories during GP weekends.

What are the minimum system requirements?

What is the difference between the free Live Timing and the Live Timing for subscribers?
The web-based Live Timing for VideoPass holders offers more data, such as sector split times, and has no delay. The web-based Free Live timing for registered users has a 30 seconds delay and no sector split times.
I cannot access Live Timing

We recommend you adjust your software configuration (firewalls, toolbars, antivirus, cookies, security level, anti spyware and anti adware, etc) so that it allows pop-ups, since most of the windows open as such. Please check that your connection does not go through a firewall, if you go through a firewall, make sure the ports numbered 2000 to 2100 are open. In addition, make sure that you have the latest version of Flash Player.

I cannot find the Live Timing

Once correctly logged in you will see a Live Video and a Live Timing access on the top of the homepage. Make sure that you have installed the latest version of Flash . Please check the time schedule to see when live sessions are taking place.

Is the Live Timing compatible with iPad, iPhone and Android?
Our web-based Live Timing is not compatible with the iPad, Iphone and Android devices. You can purchase the Live Experience app in our Fan Zone section to access the Live Timing on those devices.
The videos are jerky / frozen
If you have a fast enough connection, then it will be due to a configuration on your computer. Please check the minimum requirements. Please check that you do not have any firewall or router security that might cause blocks on the video or have any program open that might be using bandwidth during the live session. Please also make sure that your line is not being relied on by any third parties and that there is no interference being caused by any device on your connection. We suggest you close any other applications on your computer while viewing the video, and to try to view it with another browser. Try to select the resolution manually in the video player. If the video sutters in HD, select a lower quality. If it still doesn't work please use the contact form and fill in the required fields
I cannot view video content after purchasing a Video Pass
Make sure you are correctly logged in and that you have a valid video pass. We suggest you upgrade your Flash Macromedia Plug to the newest version. Then check your Navigator configuration and the cookies. If the cookies have been deactivated, please activate them and clear the old ones. Delete the cache, then try again to log into the homepage. If you have any firewall or anti pop-up software we suggest you desactivate them. We also recommend you to close any other applications open on your computer while viewing the video. If you have a standard video pass, make sure that you are selecting standard videos and not high res ones. If it still doesn't work please use the contact form and fill in the required fields.
How can I watch the full race without seeing who has won?
You will be able to access the race directly from this link This page is also available in the Video menu on the upper left side of the main page. We recommend you keep it in your bookmarks.
I am not hearing the commentary
Please make sure you have selected the commentary feed on the right side of the video player. The FP1 and FP3 of the Moto2 and Moto3 sessions don't have commentary. Please consult our VideoPass section to find out details about the commentary coverage: http://www.motogp.com/en/videopass_help

If the login boxes are red-framed, it means that the login information you are entering is wrong. Go to Forgot Password at the top of the page and write your email address. You will then receive an email helping you reset your password. Adjust your current settings of your e-mail provider such as Spam filters, Safe list, send Spam to Spam folder, etc., so that it accepts mails from and check that there is available mailbox space.

When the payment is successfully made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an order code. You will be able to see the package you purchased in your profile.

What should I do with the autorenewal if my credit card number has changed?

The best option is to cancel your autorenewal and then purchase the new video pass with your new credit card. To cancel auto-renewal billing for your VideoPass subscription, please visit your VideoPass section on your profile, after clicking on your email address in bold, once logged in. Set the automatic renewal feature to Disabled.

What is the currency exchange applied? Which currency is the video pass charged in?
Our prices are shown and charged in Euros. Your bank will do the currency exchange. You should contact them in order to know the exchange rate they will apply.
What does auto-renewal mean?
When you purchase a MotoGP Full Season VideoPass subscription, you also accept the Terms and Conditions allowing your subscription to be automatically renewed the following season and each subsequent season. You will be notified of this impending charge by email at the email address you provided during sign up. We will also advise you of any price changes at this time as well as any other material changes to the subscription terms. You will then have an opportunity to cancel your subscription if you do not want it renewed for the following season. The MultiScreen video pass will be valid until November 10, 2014. If your automatic renewal feature is set to auto-renew, your MultiScreen VideoPass will automatically be renewed at the end of this period. Then you will be able to enjoy uninterrupted service and the full Off Season. If you wish to cancel the annual automatic renewal feature you should follow the link in the confirmation email and edit your profile.

I purchased a MotoGP VideoPass subscription but want to upgrade to Multiscreen. What do I do?
When you subscribe to a VideoPass you will automatically see on the different upgrades you have available at the product page once logged on your account, or on your profile Note that some subscriptions may no longer be available for this season and that you must be logged in to see your available upgrades.

The VideoPass permissions expire at 23:59 GMT on the Tuesday following the Grand Prix. (Please note: For the TT Assen this VideoPass will run from the Monday preceding the Grand Prix to the Monday following it)

What is the video format?
The 2014 videos are available in adaptive bit rate format, both live and on-demand. The bit rates are as follows: 720p -> 1280x720px at 2.5 Mbps 540p -> 960x540px at 1.3 Mbps 360p -> 640x360px at 850 Kbps
What are the minimum system requirements?

You can access your account on different devices as long as you are connecting from the same IP (internet connection). The access is limited to one IP address simultaneously, according to the video pass purchase policy. The account cannot be shared.
How can I see the videos?
Before trying to watch a video, make sure you are logged in. For the best possible experience when viewing motogp.com videos and when using the web-based live timing, please ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player as well as a recent version of your internet browser.
For how long can I use my Full Season VideoPass?

The 2014 season video pass will be valid until November 10, 2014. If your automatic renewal feature is set to auto-renew, your Season VideoPass will automatically be renewed at the end of this period. Then you will be able to enjoy uninterrupted service and the full Off Season.

When is Live Video on?
Live Video will be available for Free practices, Qualifying, Warm ups and races of all categories during Grand Prix weekends. Please consult the events schedule in the Calendar and circuits section.
What does auto-renewal mean?
When you purchase a MotoGP Full Season VideoPass subscription, you also accept the Terms and Conditions allowing your subscription to be automatically renewed the following season and each subsequent season. You will be notified of this impending charge by email at the email address you provided during sign up. We will also advise you of any price changes at this time as well as any other material changes to the subscription terms. You will then have an opportunity to cancel your subscription if you do not want it renewed for the following season. Please be advised that if you do not affirmatively cancel your subscription by the date provided in our email notice then it will be automatically renewed and the credit card on file will be charged based on the subscription price indicated in the email notification.
What is the auto-renewal policy for MotoGP VideoPass?
For MotoGP Full Season VideoPass and Half Season VideoPass subscribers, your subscription will automatically renew giving subscribers the benefit of not having to worry about signing up for MotoGP VideoPass year after year. Your subscription will automatically renew in advance of the start of the next MotoGP season so that you can enjoy uninterrupted access to MotoGP VideoPass. You may opt out of auto-renewal billing at any time.
How do I cancel auto-renewal for my subscription?
You can cancel auto-renewal billing for your MotoGP Full Season and Monthly VideoPass at any time before it auto renews on or about on or about November 10th. To cancel auto-renewal billing for your Full Season VideoPass subscription, please visit your VideoPass section on your profile after clicking on your email address in bold once logged in. Set the automatic renewal feature to Disabled.
What is the refund Policy for MotoGP VideoPass?
Except where we offer, at our absolute discretion, an applicable VideoPass exchange or refund facility, VideoPasses cannot be refunded after purchase. We shall not be liable to make any refund or pay any compensation. Where a refund is sought you must bring this to our attention, as soon as possible upon becoming aware of, any circumstance that give you right to it. The refund, if the VideoPass was never successfully used, might equal the selling price of the VideoPass purchased less any commission from the Pay Platform, your bank or any third party. In order to claim your refund, if you have any right to it, please apply in writing to us through the website contact form. The refund shall only be made to the person who purchased the VideoPass and using the same method as was used to purchase the VideoPass.
Which languages is the video commentary in ?
The live commentary is available in English only. The commentary can be switched off on the right side of the video player to listen to be bikes only. The daily highlights commentary during the GP weekend may be available in English, Italian and Spanish. The interviews are usually available in English or in the interviewee native language.

Where can I find the Fan Zone?

All of the great content that was previously available in the ‘Fan Zone’ section is now available under ‘More’ in the main menu of the website. This includes the MotoGP League, MotoGP Basics (now called ‘Rules & History’) and more.

Where can I find the videos?

Every single video (over 40,000 in total!) on the MotoGP site can be found in the All videos section. They are displayed in chronological order starting with the latest videos, making this the best place to start if you just want to find the most recent clips. You can use the filters to find and select specific videos.

The Best of videos offers a curated selection of some of our top videos, including the remastered Classics. Just click on the section title to access it.

Past seasons includes all the full sessions and highlights of previous seasons going all the way back to 1992, organised by year then GP. This is the place to go to relive some of MotoGP’s best moments.

The Shows section is an easy way to browse every episode of the ‘Off season show’ and ‘After the Flag’ productions.

The spoiler-free section is ideal if you want to watch full race sessions without accidentally discovering the results beforehand! This page is free of any spoiler of any kind. We recommend that you add it to your bookmarks - that way you can access the page directly during or after GP weekends when you miss the live action.

What do the icons on the homepage mean?

The icon in the top right corner of every update indicates the type of content it is: it could be a news update, pay-per-view video (blue Videopass logo), free video (video camera icon in red frame), photo (photo camera icon in red frame), or a post from twitter, Facebook or Instagram. Different types may be combined in the same update - for example, a news update might also contain an embedded video, or a selection of photos.

How can I filter the content on the homepage?

The updates (news stories & social posts) are displayed in chronological order by default. This is your new MotoGP newsfeed, keeping you up to date with the most recent happenings in the sport. Just click on an update to expand it and get the full story.

You can very easily customise this feed to find the stories you want to read, using the filters on the upper right side of the homepage. You can choose to view updates by Championship (i.e. MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3), Latest or event (GP or test), or Type (i.e. Social Media, Videos or News).

Wie kaufe ich Tickets für ein Rennen?

Tickets auf der MotoGP Official Ticketing Webseite zu kaufen ist ganz einfach:

1. Wähle den Grand Prix und die gewünschten Tickets aus der Liste der momentan verfügbaren GPs aus und klicke auf "jetzt buchen".

2. Auf der nächsten Seite kannst du die gewünschten Personenzahlen angeben, Erwachsene und - wenn verfügbar - Kinder. Dann klickst du auf "tickets wählen".

3. Wähle durch aktivieren der checkbox deine Tribüne aus.

4. Als nächstes gibst du deine gewünschte Lieferung an. Gehe hier sicher, dass du dein Lieferland eingestellt hast, wenn du den postalischen Weg bevorzugst.

5. Auf der nächsten Seite gibst du deine Kontaktinformationen und die Lieferadresse ein - solltest du dich für den Postweg entschieden haben.

6. Wähle deine bevorzugte Zahlweise in der Checkbox. Außerdem musst du die Kaufbedingungen und AGBs gelesen haben und dies bestätigen. Dann klickst du auf "Weiter".

7. Auf der nächsten Seite gibst du deine Zahlungsinformationen ein und wählst "Zahlung abschließen". Herzlichen Glückwunsch, deine Bestellung ist abgeschlossen! Wir empfehlen, dass du dir eine Kopie der Bestätigungs-Seite für deine Unterlagen ausdruckst.

8. Sobald die Bestellung abgeschlossen ist erhältst du eine Bestätigungs-Email mit der Rechnung deiner Bestellung.

Hinweis an e-Ticket Besteller: Wenn du dich für e-Tickets entscheidest, bekommst du später noch eine weitere eMail mit den e-Ticket Informationen. Aus Sicherheitsgründen erhältst du dein elektronisches Ticket erst ein paar Wochen vor dem Event selbst. Spätestens fünf Tage vor dem Event sollte das Ticket bei dir eingegangen sein. Dieses musst du ausdrucken und mit zur Strecke bringen.

Hinweis zur Ticket-Abholung an der Stre musst du diesen Voucher - entweder ausgedruckt oder auf deinem Mobilgerät - vorzeigen, dazu deinen Ausweis mit der Ausweisnummer, die du bei der Ticketbestellung hinterlegt hast, um deine Tickets zu erhalten. Hinweis: Deine eMail-Bestellbestätigung ist keine gültige Abholberechtigung für die Tickets.

Confirm order or Modity Voucher information

You can review your voucher and ticketing information by accessing your motogp.com/profile; where you will also be able to change your redemption details, if needed. Please note that a new copy of the voucher will be created if any information is changed. Remember that you must be logged in if you want to access your ticketing profile.

I have problems purchasing tickets
One of the reasons for transactions failures is getting a refusal from your bank. We kindly suggest you contact your bank in order to authorize online transactions from motogp.com or that you try it with a different credit/debit card if you experience problems with a card. Sometimes you are required to add a security code. If you do not have this code, please contact your bank. Remember that it is important to have all fields filled in, in order to proceed to "Make Payment".
Sitzplatzreservierung

Sitzplatzreservierungen werden automatisch vorgenommen, sobald die Transaktion abgeschlossen ist. Die Tickets werden an der Strecke ausgegeben und wir können keinen Einfluss auf die Sitzplatznummerierung vor nehmen.

Solltet ihr in verschiedenen Buchungen Tickets bestellt haben, teilt uns eure Codes und Bestätigungsnummern mit, sodass wir eure Sitze zusammenlegen können.

Versandarten & Voucher-Gültigkeit

Abhängig vom grand Prix kannst du dein Ticket entweder an der Strecke im Voucher Exchange Point abholen oder dir per Kurier zusenden lassen.

Die Ticket-Abholung an der Strecke ist einfach. Du musst den Voucher Exchange Point am Rennwochenende aufsuchen und dort deinen Voucher vorzeigen - ausgedruckt oder einfach auf deinem Smartphone. Dazu noch deinen Ausweis, dessen Nummer du beim Erwerb hinterlegt hast. Dann erhältst du dein Ticket.

All diese Informationen können jederzeit auf motogp.com/profile geändert werden. Aber Achtung: Nach einer Änderung muss ein neuer Voucher ausgedruckt werden.

Eine postalische Zustellung ist nur bis einen Monat vor dem Rennen möglich. Danach müssen alle Tickets im Voucher Exchange Point abgeholt werden.

 

Änderungen, Stornierung und Rückerstattung

Leider müssen wir darüber informieren, dass laut unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für bereits gekaufte Tickets keine Rückerstattung erfolgen kann. Wir entschuldigen uns hiermit für alle Umstände, die daraus entstehen.

Wenn du "Voucher" als Liefervariante gewählt hast,hinweis: Sollte eine andere Person in ihrem Namen den Grand Prix besuchen, kann der Name auf ihrem Voucher unter motogp.com/profile geändert werden. Sobald der Name und die Passnummer geändert sind, muss ein neuer Voucher ausgedruckt werden.

TAX Number and Identification Number

For billing purposes, we require you to submit either your National Insurance Number (UK), Social Security Number (USA), Tax File Number (Australia), NIF (Tax Identification Number) (Spain), or similar for other countries. If you do not hold such a number, please fill in the space with NA. Such numbers will be kept secure at all times.

With regards to the Identification Card Number, it is very important you provide us with the Identification Card number of the person who will collect the ticket at the circuit. This person will have to display this ID number at the track (valid passport, driving license or national ID card; written in Latin characters) to collect the tickets.

This information can be modified at any time by accessing your motogp.com/profile.

Sales not opened

If tickets for a specific Grand Prix are not yet available for purchase on motogp.com,  you can easily request email notifications so we can let you know as soon as tickets go on sale. Simply visit the Tickets Page and click ‘send me an email’ on the relevant event(s) in the calendar to set up your email alerts.

Should I update my MotoGP Live Experience app ?
We recommend you update the MotoGP Live Experience app when you receive a notification to do so, because some bugs may be fixed on the next version. The updates are free of charge.
I don't get sound on the MotoGP Live Experience on iPad
We recommend you check your iPad sound settings. Switch the iPad Mute off and then back on.
I am not able to log into the VideoPass app
First of all make sure you are entering the correct email address and password. In case you are not able to login, go to Forgot password on motogp.com and reset your password.
Is the MotoGP Live Experience compatible with Blackberry or Windows Phone ?
The MotoGP Live Experience app is currently not compatible with Blackberry or Windows phone. We will take it into account for the future.
How do I change my e-mail address or personal details?
To modify your e-mail address or personal details, you should log into our website, then click on your email address in bold and you will access your personal options area. Modify the field that needs to be changed and then click on Submit at the bottom of the page. If you do not remember your password, you can go to Forgot Password at the top of the page and write your email address. You will then receive an email helping you to reset your password.
How to unsubscribe from Newsletters
To unsubscribe yourself from our daily Newsletters, you should click on the link that appears in the newsletter itself. Note that there are several newsletters groups. We recommend you unsubscribe from each group or the groups you don't want to receive notifications about in your profile.
When and how will I know my result ?
The bets are processed the following 24 hours after the race. You will find your overall score and position on the Fantasy League page, in the Results section (on the upper side of the page)
How many points do I have and what is my position?
After each GP you should have received an e-mail with your points and your position in the classification. You will also be able to see your position and points when entering the game.
How can I be sure my bet is accepted?
Please make sure you received a confirmation email after entering your bet (be sure to check your spam folder). If you didn't receive the confirmation email, we recommend that you enter your bet again to be sure it will be processed.
