How do I purchase tickets to a race?
If you would like to purchase tickets from the MotoGP Official Ticketing Site, the process is very simple.
1. Select the Grand Prix and tickets you would like to purchase and CONFIRM ORDER.
4. PROCEED TO PAYMENT.
5. Complete Payment Information and SUBMIT PAYMENT
6. Your transaction has been completed - Print a copy of the confirmation page.
Once the order has been fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a voucher that you will need to print and bring to the Voucher Exchange Point location of the circuit.
When entering the Voucher Exchange Point, you will be asked to show your most recent voucher (either printed or visible on your Smartphone device) and the Identification Card number you provided when purchasing your tickets in order to exchange it for the actual event tickets.
Confirm order or Modity Voucher information
You can review your voucher and ticketing information by accessing your motogp.com/profile; where you will also be able to change your redemption details, if needed. Please note that a new copy of the voucher will be created if any information is changed. Remember that you must be logged in if you want to access your ticketing profile.
I have problems purchasing tickets
One of the reasons for transactions failures is getting a refusal from your bank. We kindly suggest you contact your bank in order to authorize online transactions from motogp.com or that you try it with a different credit/debit card if you experience problems with a card. Sometimes you are required to add a security code. If you do not have this code, please contact your bank. Remember that it is important to have all fields filled in, in order to proceed to "Make Payment".
Delivery Methods & Voucher Redemption
Depening on the Grand Prix, you can either choose to collect tickets at the Voucher Exchange Point location at the circuit or select a courier delivery.
The redemption process at the circuit is very simple. You will need to visit the Voucher Exchange Point location of the circuit during the race weekend. There you will be asked to show your most recent voucher (either printed or visible on your Smartphone device) and the Identification Card number you provided when purchasing your tickets in order exchange it for the actual event tickets.
Remember that all this information can be reviewed and changed by accessing your motogp.com/profile. Please note that a new copy of the voucher will be created if any information is changed.
Courier delivery is only available until 1 month prior to the event. After that, all tickets will need to be picked up at the Voucher Exchange Point location.
Seats are automatically assigned when finalizing the transaction. However, since tickets are held by the circuit, we are not able to provide seating numbers until the circuit provide us with the actual tickets at the event. In case you want to purchase tickets on separate transactions, please contact us and provide us with the order code numbers and details of both transactions and we will try to allocate your seats together.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
We regret to inform that our purchase policy states there are no exchanges or refunds possible once a ticket has been purchased. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
Please note that if a different person will be attending the Grand Prix on your behalf, you can change the redemption information on the voucher by accessing your motogp.com/profile. Once the name and Identification Card number are changed, a new copy of the voucher will need to be printed.
TAX Number and Identification Number
For billing purposes, we require you to submit either your National Insurance Number (UK), Social Security Number (USA), Tax File Number (Australia), NIF (Tax Identification Number) (Spain), or similar for other countries. If you do not hold such a number, please fill in the space with NA. Such numbers will be kept secure at all times.
With regards to the Identification Card Number, it is very important you provide us with the Identification Card number of the person who will collect the ticket at the circuit. This person will have to display this ID number at the track (valid passport, driving license or national ID card; written in Latin characters) to collect the tickets.
This information can be modified at any time by accessing your motogp.com/profile.
Sales not opened
If tickets for a specific Grand Prix are not yet available for purchase on motogp.com, we kindly suggest you subscribe to our mailing list for that event so that we can inform you as soon as sales do open.
