- How can I access Live Timing?
- You can find the Live Timing on the top right corner of the
website, with a green light saying ON AIR when the sessions are running. In
order to enjoy the free Live Timing application, you must be a
registered member at motogp.com
- If you are not a registered user, click on Register at the
home page or go to Register. The registration is
absolutely free, and you will be able to access the basic Live Timing
features at no cost.
- I cannot open the Live Timing Application
- We recommend you adjust your software configuration
(firewalls, toolbars, antivirus, cookies, security level, anti spyware and anti
adware, etc) so that it allows pop-ups, since most of the windows open as such.
Please check that your connection does not go through a firewall, if you go
through a firewall, make sure the ports numbered 2000 to 2100
are open. In addition, make sure that you have the latest version of
Flash Player.
- When you log into the Live Timing application, make sure you
are running version 4.0.9 or newer (shown on the bottom right part of the
page). If not, delete cache (Internet Options > Delete Files). When you
connect (in the log on page), it should state the server name and port number
(of the server where you are trying to connect, for example Oj:2025). If the
message "You can't connect now. Try later" appears, we suggest you try
it in a few minutes.
- What do the red and blue helmets mean?
- The blue helmet means that the rider has improved on his
previous best time, whilst the red helmet means he has improved on the best
time overall.
