The 2011 MotoGP™ Live Timing App is now better than ever, thanks to the inclusion of a series of new and exciting innovations designed to offer users an added-value service over any given race weekend.
This application streams real-time positioning and timing data straight from the track to the palm of your hand, giving you comprehensive coverage of the 2011 MotoGP season and an a greater insight into the action. With over 170 hours of live action, a must have for any MotoGP fan!
This application gives access to live timing and track positioning for all MotoGP, Moto2, and 125 sessions – FP1, FP2, FP3, QP, WUP and RACE for the 2011 Championship.
It is available to download from the iTunes App Store for the iPhone and iPod Touch. The app is a universal version and works with the iPad. Also available on the Android Market Place.
Characteristics
Real-time track positions - displayed on the dynamic 3D map give a great insight into the action; you can pan, zoom, and spin the maps to focus on specific areas or or pull back to see the whole field as you watch the race unfold. You control the action!
Follow your favourite rider - for greater control we have introduced selectable corner numbers so you can change the camera to that corner. Selecting your favourite rider switches the camera to follow that selected rider around the race track. Watch as they battle for position!
Live Timing Data - experience all sessions, via the live timing feed from the track to the palm of your hand. View the live timing data screen or dynamic leaderboard to follow the action with positions, lap times, gaps, sectors times, speeds and much more. Keep all the race information at your fingertips!
Live Audio & Text Commentary * - lap by lap live audio commentary keeps you informed with the action on the track. Listen to the expert views and opinions of the race commentators as you keep track of all the riders on the circuit, live text commentary summarises events as they happen.
Live Pause & Replay - during each event you can pause and replay any live sessions. When sessions are complete, the unique replay feature allows you to download the session data and replay or review any session. Perfect for tape delayed broadcast!
