- What do I need to be able to view the web?
- The minimum requirements to view this website are either a version of Internet Explorer 6.0 or above, or Firefox 2.0 or above, and the latest Macromedia Flash plugin.
- What do I need to view the videos?
- Broadband connection is highly recommended. You will also need Windows Media 8 or above or RealPlayer One for the Live Videos.
- On demand videos (pay-per-view) are in FLV (Flash Video Format), make sure that you have the latest version of Flash Player. The free Flash Video player plugin for your browser is available on Adobe website.
- To view the videos which are not available free of charge you will have to subscribe to one of our pay-per-view packages.
- Problems watching the video with Windows Media Video?
- We suggest the following actions:
- - Erase temporary Internet files (cache)
- - Make sure you have the latest Flash plugin that is compatible with your browser
- - Make sure you do not have any other programs or applications taking up connection width that are open at the same time you are trying to view videos
