More festivities planned for Ducati at Mugello

Fresh on the back of the hugely successful World Ducati Week at Misano last week, intense work is continuing behind the scenes at the Italian factory as they gear up for their home race at Mugello in just over a week's time.

Firstly, on June 3rd, 100 Ducati owners have the chance to take part in what promises to be an unforgettable day at the Tuscan track, in support of the MotoGP charity Riders for Health.

Labelled ‘Day of Dreams', special ticket holders paying €250 each towards Riders for Health's pioneering work in Africa will meet for breakfast near to the circuit, where they will be met and briefed by Paris-Dakar champion Edi Orioli and Ducati test rider Vittoriano Guareschi, before riding in formation to Mugello and completing three unforgettable laps of the MotoGP track.

Their day will be completed with an exclusive lunch in the Ducati hospitality suite and a sneak preview of the Mugello paddock and pit lane.

Meanwhile, a special Ducati grandstand will once again be prepared for the Gran Premio Cinzano d'Italia, creating a sea of red at the Correntaio curve on Saturday and Sunday during qualifying and the race.

The ‘Ducati Tribe' will be made up of 2,500 fans, who will get to enjoy the action from one of the most spectacular points of the circuit, where a 30 square metre 'videowall' will also be located. As an added treat, on Saturday afternoon the stand will be visited by Ducati Marlboro Team riders Loris Capirossi and Troy Bayliss.

Further details of the ‘Day of Dreams' can be obtained from, whilst tickets for the ‘Ducati Tribe' grandstand can be reserved through Italian Ducati Stores.
