Matsudo to test the WCM in Brno

Japanese 250cc rider Naoki Natsudo has plans to swing his leg over the WCM machine after the Gauloises Grand Prix of the Czech Republic. It has been two weeks since WCM Team Director Peter Clifford declared that the squad have linked up with Czech mini-bike factory Blata, to develop a prototype V6 for the 2005 MotoGP World Championship.

"To ride in MotoGP is my dream. For a long time now I have been waiting for an opportunity like this and now I have the possibility to fulfill my wish," remarked Matsudo. "A couple of weeks ago Peter Clifford explained to me the V6 project with Blata and we have been talking since. The Monday after the race I can confirm that I will test the bike that WCM are currently using in the series."

WCM are planning to announce some new details about the V6 concept at Brno the venue that hosts the next round of the World Championship and occurs on 22nd August.
