Schumacher to introduce new BMW at Valencia

BMW Williams F1 driver Ralf Schumacher will be at the final round of the MotoGP World Championship in Valencia this weekend to present the latest of BMW's M-power cars, the BMW M5 V10.

Schumacher will be driving interested riders and team managers around the circuit on Thursday in the fourth generation M5, which is one of the most powerful four-seater road cars available, before enjoying the real action when the MotoGP boys take to the track on Friday morning.

The new M5's V10 engine produces 507hp and can accelerate to 100km/h in 4.7 seconds. With the first ever seven speed gearbox for a road car and wheel mounted paddle gearchange, the car's aluminium motorsport chassis has been refined on the uncompromising Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit, where it can lap in eight minutes exactly.
