Luthi takes his first pole position at Le Mans

Thomas Luthi (Elit Grand Prix) will lead the 125cc pack tomorrow in the Grand Prix Alice de France after setting the fastest lap at Le Mans this afternoon to secure his first pole position.

Luthi will head up the front row tomorrow ahead of Championship leader Mika Kallio (Red Bull KTM), who was second fastest this afternoon. In his best ever starting position Spanish rider Hector Faubel (Master Aspar) will start off in third and this morning's fastest man Gabor Talmacsi (Red Bull KTM GP) will complete the front row.

Marco Simoncelli (Nocable.it RACE) will head up the second row in fifth position ahead of Czech Derbi rider Lukas Pesek (Metis Racing Team) in sixth and Italian Fabrizio Lai (Kopron Racing World) in seventh. Spanish Red Bull KTM rider Julian Simon will complete the second row.

Home rider Mike di Meglio (Koran Racing World) and Spanish rider Sergio Gadea (Master Aspar) will complete the top ten respectively.
