Rolfo back in school

Roberto Rolfo made a special visit to a boy's school in Mugello today to lecture students about motorcycle safety. The teenage boys of the Borgo San Lorenzo school – which lends its name to one of the corners on the Mugello circuit – have just passed their riding tests and Rolfo's lecture stressed the importance of good, civil behaviour.

The D'Antin Pramac rider also stressed the importance of wearing a helmet and respecting all the usual safety measures. Rolfo reminded the boys that he has been victim of accidents on the road because of third party negligence, explaining that some situations cannot be foreseen.

The students were captivated by this unusual lecture, as Rolfo proved to be a great pedagogue, citing his previous experience as a teen.

Rolfo also explained the difference between racing and riding on open roads. The visit ended on a Q&A session, as the teens were keen to know more about Rolfo's career and the world of competition.
