Lüthi set for Spanish appearance

Two weeks after the end of the 2005 World Championship, several Grand Prix riders will be back in action at the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia for the penultimate round of the Spanish Championship. Amongst them will be a very special wildcard - the new 125cc World Champion Thomas Lüthi.

The Swiss youngster will face various GP candidates, including the ADAC KTM Junior Team riders Stefan Bradl and Michael Ranseder, as well as British starlets James Westmorland and Dan Linfoot who rode at the Spanish venue last weekend with the Ajo Motorsport team in the last round of the Catalan Championship.

With other Grand Prix riders like Julian Miralles and Mateo Tunez also competing, the Valencia round will be another opportunity to see the blossoming MotoGP Academy riders on track, including British sensation Bradley Smith who scored his first Spanish win in the previous round held in Albacete.
