Final chance for Stoner to make history

Casey Stoner was the star of the show during qualifying in Qatar, earning his first pole position in only his second MotoGP appearance. He finished the race in fifth, having led for a large period.

Stoner has the opportunity to break Freddie Spencer's 1982 record as the youngest Grand Prix winner, but he will have to do it in Turkey to beat the American's 20 years and 196 days.

In the following video we review the young Australian's Grand Prix in Qatar, where he started at the head of the grid and held off Valentino Rossi for a large section of the race.
