Red Bull MotoGP Academy riders shine in Jerez

The second batch of Red Bull MotoGP Academy alumni were the big stars of last weekend's CEV Buckler in Jerez. German Jonas Folger and Scot Kev Coghlan managed to earn podium spots, whilst Takaaki Nakagami finished fifth.

Folger led on the opening laps, and after a fantastic battle with Marc Vazquez and Coghlan crossed the line in second. The 13 year old German enters the CEV Buckler having won the ADAC Cup in minibikes last year.

Coghlan's second consecutive podium place moves him up to second overall, whilst fellow Briton Daniel Webb was denied a rostrum position when he crashed on the final lap.
