Rizla Suzuki reflect positively on Brno testing

Rizla Suzuki kept up their intense development program during the Brno tests this week. The Japanese factory tried out a new GSV-R chassis alongside rider Chris Vermeulen, whilst John Hopkins used a new tilting mechanism to improve his corner stability. Ohlins also offered a developed version of their front forks, which gave promising results.

Team Manager Paul Denning took time out to reflect on the two day session at the Czech Republic circuit.

"Its unfortunate that the bad weather interrupted the sessions, but at least we managed to work on Monday and I'm happy to have advanced the testing work. Some things went well, others not so well, but the Bridgestone tyres, responded well and the technicians have a lot of data to work with now," said Denning.

"John and Chris' chassis tests and the suspension work allowed us to analyse a lot of information. The riders have done a noteworthy job and we can be happy that we are going in the right direction."
