Another year of Stop And Go for Perren

The Stop And Go team have reached an agreement with current rider Fabricio Perren, enabling the Argentine to continue amongst the team's ranks in the 250cc category next year. Perren joined the team for the Italian GP at Mugello for his first World Championship season, having previously ridden in the Spanish 125cc Championship.

Team Manager Eduardo Perales was delighted with the deal, stating that "Fabricio was always a hope for the future for us. The facts are showing that it was a good choice, not just results-wise but also in terms of his relationship with the rest of the team." The young rider also expressed his happiness with his continuation in the outfit. "Edu searched me out when my expectations weren't so high, putting his team at my disposition and showing me total confidence. He risked a lot, but things are going well. I hope to continue improving in the category and earning good results."
