Red Bull MotoGP Academy on CEV podium once again

Jonas Folger was the highest placing Red Bull MotoGP Academy rider at the fourth race of the CEV Buckler season on Sunday, once again showing the quality of the youth project at the Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana.

The German battled for third place with Scottish team-mate Kev Coghlan until the finish, with Folger eventually coming out on top by just one tenth of a second. Coghlan remains in second place in the championship behind Pol Espargaro, having only been off the podium on one occasion this season.

Scott Redding's sixth place added to the success of the Academy, although Daniel Webb didn't have such a good weekend on his comeback from a wrist injury, dropping out of the race six laps before the end.
