MotoGP film goes to DVD in English-speaking territories

Released earlier this year, Mark Neale's MotoGP movie The Doctor, The Tornado And The Kentucky Kid makes it's way to DVD this month in North America, Australia and the UK.

A double DVD of the feature length documentary, which focuses on MotoGP's return to Laguna Seca after ten years away in 2005, is already available in the USA and Canada, and will hit the shelves in Australia on November 17th.

The final Anglophone region to see the release of the Collectors Edition will be the UK, with the date set for the 27th of this month. Further afield, Japanese viewers will have a version available in their native language in December, with a European release date penciled in for early 2007.

The collectors edition features additional footage of this year's race, with a 104 minute director's cut of the film with 5.1 surround sound.
