Testing continues tomorrow in Sepang

After testing for a select number of teams in Valencia, more MotoGP outfits will have a run-out tomorrow in Sepang for the penultimate test of 2006.

The Malaysian circuit, always a popular choice for season-long testing, will play host to the latest 800cc outing with a number of the premier class' "big guns." Colin Edwards will be the Yamaha factory team's representative, with the team still only having the one bike at their disposal. Rizla Suzuki will have their complete squadron on track, alongside the Kawasaki Japanese test team. Toni Elias will have his first ride on the Honda RC212V, although team-mate Marco Melandri will be an absentee owing to his recent arm surgery. Dani Pedrosa is also recovering from an operation on his arm undertaken after the Valencia test, leaving World Champion Nicky Hayden as the sole Repsol Honda rider on track for some intensive testing. Carlos Checa joins Hayden and Elias as the Honda representatives.
