What the MotoGP riders are saying post-Australia

Loris Capirossi: The final day was good for us, we can now head to the Official Tests feeling good about our progress. We've been on the bike riding for distance at this test, and things seem to have progressed.

Loris Capirossi: The final day was good for us, we can now head to the Official Tests feeling good about our progress. We've been on the bike riding for distance at this test, and things seem to have progressed.

Alex Barros: We've done a great job here in Australia. After this we are more prepared for Qatar, although Ducati still have a little bit of room for improvement.

Marco Melandri: The bike is still new, and we've been comparing it with the 990cc over race distances at this test. I'm not worried about missing out on the fastest times yet.

Toni Elias: We don't have the best parts available yet. We need improvements but I think so far we are going well.

Carlos Checa: The bike isn't as easy to ride as the 990cc yet. We've come along well at this test, so we can be satisfied with the development.

Dani Pedrosa: "Today we worked a lot on the engine and the tyres, as we had forecast yesterday. I'm happy with the times, which most importantly have improved over the course of the test.

Kenny Roberts Jr: Our situation is unique, as a small team with no test riders so, even though we are making progress, sometimes it is a little slower.
