Cardion AB Motoracing presented their plans for the 2007 season at an official event at the Brno circuit last week. With a new bike, mechanics and rider in the 250cc class, the team have high expectations for the coming year.

Cardion AB Motoracing presented their plans for the 2007 season at an official event at the Brno circuit last week. With a new bike, mechanics and rider in the 250cc class, the team have high expectations for the coming year.

Karel Abraham Jr will ride an Aprila LE RSW in his first season as a quarter litre rider, guided by French chief mechanic, Didier Langouet. "Didier is really experienced and the cooperation seemed to be very good during the first tests in January", said the Czech rider at the official unveiling to the press. He also has Stefan Prein alongside him as physical trainer, joined by two Czech, two French and two Italian mechanics.

During the press conference. the new design of the bike was also presented to the media, and Team Owner Karel Abraham Sr gave a short speech in which he illustrated his happiness with the new line-up. "All our mechanics are very experienced and I am happy to welcome the new French members to my team. They all try their hardest for us. We are a newer team in the 250cc category, so the most important thing for us is to gain experience. The goal is to finish around 20th place, and if Kája can get some points then we will be very happy and it will be a big success for us".

Cardion remain title sponsor of the team, who will also receive help from the Brno Circuit.
