"I can tell you it's been a long few days since the last test in Qatar, the bad news is that it pretty much sucked!," commented Trick Daddy. The good news is that I am OK from the little crashes, but I hate it when things don't go silky smooth especially with the season getting near. I have to brush this off and get ready to do better in Jerez.

The one positive thing was that I was fastest on day one up until the lunch break, but it was downhill from there. I've got to get a better feel from the front and get it to where I can ride the bike confidently. I know you all don't like hearing me whine, so I won't bore you any longer with this! I have some strong people around me and I need to use them as one of my strong points." After the test I spent a few extra days in Qatar. I had my road bike with me so I was able to get a few extra laps in and then just laid low around the hotel. Following the HRC launch in Japan this week, now it's onto Jerez for the final shakedown before Qatar…It won't be long now!"

Hayden will be on track alongside the rest of the MotoGP riders for this week's action in Spain, for three days from Friday.
