The three podium finishers gave their comments after a three way fight for supremacy in Sunday's Grand Prix of Turkey 250cc contest, which saw Andrea Dovizioso come away with a satisfying win just ahead of Spanish pair Jorge Lorenzo and Alvaro Bautista.

Andrea Dovizioso Scot Racing Team (winner) 39'31.153
"It's really good, that's really important. Wow, it was a really fast race, good fighting, some touches, but really, really good to be returning to winning, it's unbelievably good and the championship starts here for us."

Jorge Lorenzo Fortuna Aprilia (2nd) 39'31.256
"The best thing about this race is that I continue as the leader (of the Championship), the race was difficult for us, at the beginning we as always struggled a lot and in the middle of the race when the tyres coming down we were fast and we did our best, but Andrea was better than us."

Alvaro Bautista Master – Mapfre Aspar (3rd) 39'31.471
"I'm happy because I'm on the podium another time, two times in three races and I'm very happy because this circuit was new for me with 250, and I feel so good with the bike and the circuit. The race was very, very hard and the rhythm was so fast and in the last laps I lost time to Lorenzo and Dovizioso and I pushed hard to catch them and on the last lap I tried to pass Jorge but the rear tyre was finished so was impossible to fully open the gas. Anyway, third position is a good result so I'm happy with this."
