Returning to action after a collarbone injury suffered at Jerez, Mike di Meglio has been confirmed as a participant in this weekend's Sinopec Great Wall Lubricants Grand Prix of China.

The Frenchman was replaced by British talent Kev Coghlan for the Grand Prix in Turkey when his recovery did not go as quickly as planned, but now makes his full return for the Team Scot Honda outfit.

"I'm feeling a lot better; my collarbone is improving every day thanks to the treatment that I am receiving, and I am eager to ride again," said Di Meglio. "I feel disappointed that I missed the race in Turkey, in which I think I could have been competitive and the pace wasn't very fast."

Focusing on his return, Di Meglio is not a fan of the Shanghai International circuit: "It isn't a track that I like much, but if I work hard in the practice sessions there is the possibility of a good result. I am ready to do the best I can!"
