On the occasion of the first birthday of the Mirafiori Motor Village, MotoGP World Championship leader Casey Stoner celebrated a new partnership with Alfa Romeo, being presented with an Alfa Brera 3.2 by the CEO of Alfa Romeo Automobiles Mr Antonio Baravalle.

After meeting fans and signing autographs at the Torino venue, Stoner left the MMV driving his new Alfa Romeo back to his residence in Montecarlo, where he attended yesterday's Formula 1 race at the Monaco circuit.

"I'm very happy with this new partnership with Alfa Romeo that, like Ducati, is a prestigious Italian brand that I have been fascinated with since I was a child", said the still only 21-year old Australian rider. "I'm looking forward to driving my new car around, and I'm now even more happy that the next race is at Mugello, because it's one of my favourite circuits and I'll be able to get there with my new Brera directly from my house!"
