With Kawasaki Racing giving Roger Lee Hayden his MotoGP debut this weekend at the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix, the 24 year old from Kentucky is understandably relishing the opportunity.

The younger brother of MotoGP World Champion Nicky Hayden, Roger Lee also rides for Kawasaki in the AMA Superbike and Supersport series in America, and will be riding in the Supersport race this weekend at Laguna though he intends to make the most of his chance to learn about MotoGP competition.

Commenting on his Ninja ZX-RR MotoGP adventure, the Kawasaki wildcard told motogp.com: It will be a tall order but MotoGP opportunies don´t come around often, it´s a once in a lifetime opportunity. It will be cool to be on track at the same time as Nicky, it´s been a long time. It should be pretty fun.
