Although the MotoGP World Championship was tied up by Casey Stoner before his Phillip Island home visit in two weeks time, the Australians work isnt all done - heading into one of his most anticipated races of the season.

The 21 year-old, alongside team-mate and Motegi race winner Loris Capirossi - and the Pramac dAntin satellite riders - has the chance to seal the Constructors championship for Ducati and give a first title to a non-European factory since 1973.

Only Honda can prevent a first MotoGP Constructors title for Ducati, and even this would come under very special circumstances. The Japanese factory would have to win all three of the remaining races in the 2007 season, and hope that none of the Ducati riders collect any further points.

The Ducati Marlboro team could also further their hopes of an historic triple crown at Phillip Island, with a 105 point lead in the Teams championship giving them an advantage that will be tough to overhaul.
