The CEV Buckler Spanish Championship returns this weekend with a visit to Albacete, with the 125GP series featuring a number of World Championship regulars in action.

German rider Stefan Bradl, who has made several appearances in a wild card/full time capacity in the 125cc class, defends his lead in the Spanish series following a win at the last round in Valencia. Pere Tutusaus, the future Aspar rider who made his World Championship debut in Portugal this year, trails Bradl by just 8 points and has already won a race at the scene of this weeks event.

The battle for third place involves 250cc rider Efren Vazquez, fighting it out with Scott Redding and Takaaki Nakagami. Practice for the 125GP race begins this Saturday at 9am, with the race scheduled for 2pm on Sunday afternoon.
