The Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana hosted the third edition of the Ricardo Tormo Day on Sunday, with around 160 classic motorbikes on display at the track where the 2007 MotoGP World Championship season will conclude in less than a fortnights time.

Riders from France, Germany, Spain and Italy took part in what is one of Europes biggest classic bike shows, with much of the machinery on display coming from the early 1980s era when Valencian former 50cc World Champion Tormo was competing on the Grand Prix scene.

The bikes were presented to the public according to their Grand Prix class - 50/80cc, 125cc, 250cc, 250/350cc, 500cc with one of the most photographed exhibits being Joan Garrigas 1986 Cagiva 500.

Julio García, from the Valencia circuit said: This event shows the great passion that there is, and always has been, for motorbikes in the Valencia region, with bikes on display from all over the local area, from other parts of Spain and from other European countries. We invite fans to keep coming back to the track for future editions in order to continue building the success of the Ricardo Tormo Day.
