A night of partying to celebrate the achievements of new 125cc World Champion Gabor Talmacsi is set to take place in his native Hungary on Sunday 25th November.

A night of partying to celebrate the achievements of new 125cc World Champion Gabor Talmacsi is set to take place in his native Hungary on Sunday 25th November.

The boss of Talmacsi's victorious Bancaja Aspar team, Jorge Martinez Aspar, the Hungarian's mechanics and team members and representatives from Aprilia are expected to fly to Budapest for the event at the Syma Hall in the Eastern European capital.

Fans are also invited to the party to mark the first World Championship title win by a Hungarian rider, with special guests and a number of local musicians also providing entertainment.

On returning to Hungary having clinched the title, Talmacsi was also given a hero's welcome at a press conference at the Hotel Kempinski in Budapest.

He was presented with several gifts including an RSW Aprilia from his management and a Ford Focus ST from Ford. Meanwhile, Talmacsi's father Istvan was given a gold ring for his effort in promoting the talents of young Hungarian riders by Istvan Ujhelyi, an important local government official.
