Improving conditions assist riders at Jerez

After virtually no activity yesterday at Jerez due to wet and windy conditions, the 250cc and 125cc teams present at the southern Spanish venue have this morning been able to resume their work on the third and final day of the winter test.

After virtually no activity yesterday at Jerez due to wet and windy conditions, the 250cc and 125cc teams present at the southern Spanish venue have this morning been able to resume their work on the third and final day of the winter test.

Although the track remains slightly wet the Tuesday storms have not returned and the surface is slowly drying, to the extent that some careful riding has been possible.

By the early afternoon a group of around ten riders had ventured out of their pit-boxes, with the likes of KTM 250cc trio Hiroshi Aoyama, Mika Kallio and Julian Simon, as well as the new 125cc World Champion, Gabor Talmacsi, getting some important test laps under their belts.
