With MotoGP´s travelling circus in town for the bwin.com Grande Premio de Portugal the paddock at the Fernando Pires da Silva circuit was already bustling as the teams put everything in place in advance of Friday´s practice sessions.

At an event on Thursday morning in Lisbon organised by tyre suppliers Bridgestone nine of their riders will preview the weekend´s events, as they meet the media.

World Champion Casey Stoner and his Ducati Marlboro team-mate Marco Melandri, Alice Team´s Sylvain Guintoli and Toni Elias, Kawasaki´s John Hopkins and Anthony West, Rizla Suzuki´s Loris Capirossi and Chris Vermeulen and San Carlo Honda Gresini´s Shinya Nakano will all be in attendance.

Capirossi has a full agenda as he is also due to attend the main customary pre-event press conference at Estoril at 4pm, where he will be joined by Jerez race winner Dani Pedrosa (Repsol Honda), Valentino Rossi (Fiat Yamaha), James Toseland (Tech 3 Yamaha) and Ducati Marlboro´s MotoGP Project Director Livio Suppo.
