Inside the Oakley Rolling O Lab at Laguna Seca

Oakley sunglasses presented a new line of shades at the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix.

The Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix was the first MotoGP event since the season opener in Qatar not to be hit by rain, with the welcome sunshine creating the perfect opportunity for the presentation of a new range of Oakley sunglasses.

The Nicky Hayden Oil Rig Signature range –as worn by the 2006 MotoGP World Champion- were given the big push on the pre-race Thursday, as the manufacturer set up two Rolling O Lab trucks in the paddock and held the official release event for the series.

`The event was a complete success for Oakley; we where really able to speak out to all of the core media outlets in the industry as planned,´ said Anthony Paggio, Two-Wheel Sports Marketing Manager for Oakley. `This was a huge success on all fronts with educating and bringing brand awareness to those editors who are deeply entrenched in the industry.

`Additionally, Nicky showed his true colors and personality which helped give the athlete credibility that is expected of Oakley as the leaders in eyewear.´
