With Loris Capirossi set to break the record for most Grand Prix race appearances on Sunday, spoke to several characters from the MotoGP paddock who have worked closely with the much-loved Italian.

The likes of Loris Capirossi´s current team manager Paul Denning, along with other prominent MotoGP paddock figures such as his personal manager Carlo Pernat, his former racing rival and team manager Fausto Gresini, respected Italian journalist Alberto Porta, his former Honda team manager Sito Pons and his ex-Ducati boss Livio Suppo pick out some of their favourite moments from the former 125cc and 250cc World Champion´s incredible career.

The 35 year-old Italian, who now of course rides for Rizla Suzuki, is on the verge of setting a new all-time record for total World Championship appearances when he races in his 277th Grand Prix at Misano on Sunday.
