Barbera warms up as rain continues to fall on 250cc riders

Team Toth´s Hector Barbera led off the final preparations for the quarter litre clash in the Netherlands.
Front row starter Hector Barbera was the quickest rider in a wet 250cc warmup session for the A-Style TT Assen, putting the finishing touches to his setup for the afternoon race.
The Team Toth rider went round the `Cathedral of Motorycycle Racing´ in a time of 1´54.770, over 1.3 seconds quicker than his nearest rival, Repsol KTM´s Julian Simon. Thomas Luthi, Marco Simoncelli, Fabrizio Lai and Mika Kallio also featured in the top six, whilst poleman Alvaro Bautista placed seventh in the session.
Two title contenders took a tumble amidst the intermittent rain, as Alex Debon and Mattia Pasini came unstuck in the wet conditions.
