Bergamo motorshow acknowledges Locatelli achievements
Moto2™ is powered byRoberto Locatelli´s colourful World Championship career is being celebrated this weekend in his hometown, at the Pit Stop motorshow.
Former 125cc World Champion Roberto Locatelli will the subject of a celebratory exhibition in his hometown of Bergamo this weekend, where the annual Pit Stop motorshow is taking place.
The 33 year-old Italian, who currently represents Metis Gilera in the 250cc category, is one of Bergamo´s most illustrious citizens and the `Loca Tribute´ event at the local motorsports extravaganza, from 25th-28th April, will give his fans a chance to see some of the rider´s most treasured bikes, helmets and leathers.
The Aprilia machinery on which Locatelli won the 125cc title in 2000 will be amongst the exhibits from his 13 year World Championship career which has seen him take part in nearly 200 Grands Prix.
