End of year Talmacsi celebration in Budapest

Gabor Talmacsi and his management team thanked the Hungarian rider´s followers with a party in his nation´s capital on Saturday night, where last year´s single cylinder title winner officially marked his departure from the 125cc class.

Several members of the Aspar set-up were present, to receive gifts from Talmacsi himself, including watches from his own collection, as he prepares to move up from the 125cc Bancaja Aspar team to the 250cc Mapfre Aspar team in 2009.

During the event Talmacsi and his manager, Stefano Favaro, evaluated the year, spoke about the rider´s continuation with Aspar and looked forward to the future. Talmacsi will spend the winter testing ban relaxing with his family and training for his return to riding at the end of January in the first 250cc test of the year.
