Sunshine and dry conditions on Sunday morning at Brno

With a huge crowd gathering at the historic Brno circuit on Sunday morning the anticipation was building ahead of the twelfth MotoGP race of the year.

A crowd of over 140,000 fans watched last year´s racing at the Czech venue and the spectators are turning out in force again for the 2008 edition of the World Championship´s Bohemian adventure.

As the usual warm-up sessions take place early on Sunday the teams will get their final opportunities to make final adjustments to their settings following dry weather on Friday and a wet, miserable Saturday.

Bridgestone-shod MotoGP front-runners Valentino Rossi and Casey Stoner will be looking for any advantage they can find against each other in the MotoGP warm-up at 9-40am, whilst the likes of fellow front rower and comeback hero John Hopkins and fourth placed starter Chris Vermeulen will also be looking to impress on Japanese rubber.

Elsewhere, on Michelin tyres, riders such as Dani Pedrosa, Jorge Lorenzo and Tech 3 Yamaha pair Colin Edwards and James Toseland will battle against the odds from the unfamiliar territory of the back end of the grid.
