Precious dry track time as Barberá tops 250cc warmup

Precious dry track time as Barberá tops 250cc warmup

Spaniard form rider in 250cc final preparation session in Germany.

An almost completely dry Sachsenring track in the morning warmup provided the 250cc class with precious time in which to work on alternative settings for the Alice Grand Prix Deutschland, following persistent wet conditions in Free Practice.

Front row starter Héctor Barberá was fastest in the session, with a 1’25.613 lap of the German track. Ratthapark Wilairot and Álex Debón separated Barberá from poleman Marco Simoncelli on the timesheet.

There was a light crash early on when Lukas Pesek took out fellow Czech rider Karel Abraham at low speed.
