Pedrosa to sport Honda safety sticker on bike at Valencia

Dani Pedrosa will again be displaying a Honda safety logo on the fairing of his RC212V for this weekend’s Gran Premio Generali de la Comunitat Valenciana.

Dani Pedrosa will be displaying Honda’s Safety logo on the fairing of his RC212V for this weekend’s MotoGP season finale at Valencia, as one of the Safety activities conducted by Montesa Honda.

Pedrosa has cooperated with Montesa Honda S.A in various Honda Safety campaigns, including TV campaigns for the launch of Honda’s exclusive Riding Trainer, which was originally developed with the purpose of creating one effective way to teach riders the art of safe riding.

Just like earlier this year for the Spanish GP in Jerez, the Repsol Honda rider will show his support to the Honda Safety campaign by displaying their logo on his MotoGP bike fairing in Valencia.

Just two months ago, the programme of Honda's Spanish subsidiary led to the inauguration of the Honda Safety Institute, dedicated to riding formation, with a modern facility located near Pedrosa's native Barcelona and which takes up a surface of 25,000m2, presided by a building equipped with different classrooms.

For the practical lessons, there are three clearly differentiated areas: an asphalted track for multiple uses, a section with different coefficients of friction for the braking practice, and an off-road track and area for trial.
