Jorge Lorenzo collaborates with the Talita Foundation

2009 MotoGP World Championship runner-up Jorge Lorenzo has donated his time to a charitable cause.

Jorge Lorenzo is one of 12 celebrities who have posed for the eighth edition of the Talita Foundation’s solidarity calendar for 2010.

The 22 year-old Mallorcan, who was second in this year’s MotoGP World Championship, was more than happy to spend some of his time and lend his image to an initiative created with the purpose of helping children and young people with Down’s Syndrome.

Having already worked with the ANIMA Foundation for children with leukaemia on their 2009 calendar, Lorenzo was this time photographed with Anna Marlasca and enjoyed an intensely fun photoshoot which was undertaken by Óscar Fernández Orengo.

Also being photographed for the 2010 Talita calendar with Lorenzo were actor Santi Millán, footballer Gerard Piqué, chef Carme Ruscalleda, model Eva González, presenter Susanna Griso, designer Antonio Miró, singer José Luis Perales, journalist Luis del Olmo, writer María Vallejo-Nájera, tennis player Fernando Verdasco, and comedian Andreu Buenafuente. This edition also involved a collaboration with presenter and actress Verónica Mengod.
