French rider takes turn in BMW M Safety Car.
An inviting host, French rider Randy de Puniet was the man given the task of showing motogp.com around his home track of Le Mans on Friday. The LCR Honda man went behind the wheel of the BMW M Safety Car to give not only a guided lap of the track, but also a series of stop-offs to explain the key details of some of the most famous corners.
De Puniet’s analysis of Le Mans, available in the accompanying video, includes a look at the Dunlop chicane, the ‘Le Musée’ double left-hander, and an in-depth look at both the first and last corners.
