Moto2 preparations to continue at Misano

Following a three-day test at the Circuit de Catalunya last week in which 26 Moto2 riders – 24 official and two reserve – took part, a further five who were not present will meet at Misano on Wednesday 24th February for a test.

With the first official test at Valencia from March 1-3, five riders from three teams will take the opportunity to further prepare for the new season with a day’s work at Misano.

Those confirmed for the San Marino circuit are Alex de Angelis and Niccolò Canepa (Scot Racing), Toni Elías and Vladimir Ivanov (Gresini Racing) and Mattia Pasini (JiR).

Three different chassis will be on show; the Moriwaki of Gresini, the TSR of JiR and the Scot frame, whilst the official Honda engines to be used in the 2010 World Championship will be delivered on Saturday 27th February.
