FIM confirm 2011 race time schedule

The Grand Prix Commission has confirmed there will be three 45-minute practice sessions and a one-hour qualification for the premier class at each round of the 2011 MotoGP World Championship.

The Grand Prix Commission, composed of Messrs. Carmelo Ezpeleta (Dorna, Chairman), Ignacio Verneda (FIM), Hervé Poncharal (IRTA) and Takanao Tsubouchi (MSMA), in the presence of M. Paul Butler (Secretary of the meeting), in an electronic meeting held on 14th January, unanimously decided that for each round of the 2011 MotoGP World Championship the MotoGP category will have three practice sessions of 45 minutes each, and a one-hour qualification session.
