Márquez leads morning warm up

Pole man Marc Márquez led the warm up ahead of the Cardion ab Grand Prix České republiky Moto2 race, with front row starters Stefan Bradl and Alex de Angelis following in the top times.

The Team CatalunyaCaixa Repsol rider led the intermediate class warm up session under bright sunshine at the Czech circuit Saturday morning, setting a fastest lap of 2'02.923. Bradl (Viessmann Kiefer Racing) was 3 tenths behind the Spaniard and de Angelis (JiR Moto2) four tenths.

Aleix Espargaró (Pons HP 40) and Bradley Smith (Tech 3 Racing) concluded the top five times, with Ratthapark Wilairot (Thai Honda Singha-SAG) posting sixth fastest.

Andrea Iannone (Speed Master), Dominique Aegerter (Technomag-CIP), Thomas Lüthi (Interwetten Paddock Moto2) and Claudio Corti (Italtrans Racing) complete the top ten times.

Julián Simón (Mapfre Aspar) was declared fit to race after crashing out of the first lap of qualifying yesterday and participated in the warm up session, completing 8 laps and posting a best time of 2’05.988.
