Remembering the 125 class: 1993

motogp.com recalls the most memorable and exciting races of the last 20 years in the historical 125cc category.

motogp.com’s special section commemorating the retired 125cc class continues with the 1993 campaign that was clearly dominated by the German rider, Dirk Raudies. There was still room for hotly contested races however, and one of them was played out in Barcelona.

Re-experience the resounding victory of Noboru Ueda who fought a race long battle with Waldmann, Saito and Torrontegui and in which all four riders passed the checkered flag separated by just 0.224 seconds.
