Visordown.com: Steve Parrish: "Danny Kent is the bright star"

BBC MotoGP commentator and ex-GP racer Steve Parrish revealed his views for the season ahead in an interview with Visordown.com. The former team-mate to Barry Sheen hopes that compatriots Cal Crutchlow, Scott Redding and Bradley Smith will be at the front of their respective categories, but he gave special credence to Danny Kent, saying "Kent is the bright star. I like him, he seems to have the right attitude, is quite mature for his age, is hungry and has the ingredients - but that hasn't always proven to be the person that'll win."

The Brit also offered his 2012 predictions for the MotoGP title contenders, noting that "If Barry Sheene was racing now, he'd be at the top."
