The Stop And Go Racing Team is shaping its 2013 project to face the next Moto2 World Championship season fully fit together with Kalex engineering.

The first step has been the incorporation of the Belgium Xavier Siméon to the squad. The current Moto2 rider has enough experience behind him to face the new season, looking forward to getting into the top 10 race by race. Siméon has a great list of achievements: 600cc Europe Champion, 750cc Suzuki GSX-R Cup Champion and Superstock 1000cc World Champion, not mentioning the 8th place reached in Valencia 2011 in Moto2 and the 8th position achieved this year in Germany too, when the Moto2 level has been the highest seen since the beginning of the category.

Xavier Siméon

"I am very happy with the project created for the 2013 with the Stop And Go Racing Team of Edu Perales. I am highly motivated to ride on a Kalex. It’s a company that showed immaculate professional work and the results remark it. On the other side, another motivation to be in the SAG Team structure, is that it’s a team that due to the last season’s results is eager to reach good results, and this is why I know they will work hard to get our goals."

Edu Perales, General Manager

"Having Xavi with us for the 2013 season is great. We have been studying his results closely and he has a big potential, that together with quality work in the box, we can achieve the goals proposed. Furthermore we could provide him a Kalex frame, which was second last season and champion in 2011, so this means we have the tools to get what we want."
