Speedweek.com: Leitner to remain with Pedrosa for two more years

Dani Pedrosa will continue to work with Mike Leitner as his Race Engineer for the forthcoming two years, according to Speedweek.com. Speculation had taken place on possible changes in the HRC rider’s box, following the example of Valentino Rossi who replaced Jeremy Burgess with Silvano Galbusera for this season. Further rumours had circulated that Leitner could replace Ramon Forcada as Crew Chief to Jorge Lorenzo with Yamaha.

But Speedweek.com now report that none of the above will happen and that Pedrosa and Leitner will continue their working relationship, which commenced in 2004. The report also claims that certain other changes will take place in Pedrosa’s crew, with some mechanics being substituted.
