Time schedule for the Motul Grand Prix of Japan

Time schedule for the Motul Grand Prix of Japan

MotoGP™ is heading to the Far East for the Motul Grand Prix of Japan and it’s time to set your watches in order to be ready for the nine-hour time difference between GMT and the local time at Motegi.

This of course is the first of a ‘flyaway’ triple header and fans can double check the time schedule for Japan, Australia and Malaysia here on motogp.com to see the Grand Prix schedules both in local time for the venue – and see how those timetables work out in your time zone.

After the recent run of European Grands Prix fans will need to adjust their routines for this weekend’s action in Japan.

Starting on Friday 10th October with a GMT+9 time difference free practice for the Moto3™ class is the first session of the Motul Grand Prix of Japan at 9am (local time). That will be at 2am on Friday in most of mainland Europe (Central European Time) and 8pm Thursday 9th October for those on the East Coast of the United States (Eastern Daylight Time). The same start times apply for Saturday’s action.

For Sunday’s (12th October) racing in Japan at Motegi the time schedule runs as follows:
