Starting with some friendly Scalextric rivalry to get warmed up, the fire was then fuelled and it was time to take the battle to the track. Following a photo opportunity on the Main Straight at the circuit to mark the moment, the stage was set for the visors to go down and the lights to go out.
Senna, a former F1 driver and now factory McLaren GT competitor, lined up his four wheels against Zarco’s two before they headed off around the track, with some kudos waiting at the finish line for the winner.
